Packaging objects are transported to the baler packing range by conveyor, after photoelectric induction positioning, the baler automatically enters the packing state: the pallet is transported in place, the baler frame moves down to the first packing position of the simplified body, the baler starts to feed the belt, the belt is automatically looped around the simplified body, and the belt in place detecting switch completes the confirmation of the place. After the belt feeding is completed, the movement starts to move forward to fit the bales for baling. After the packing is finished, the sword groove and movement automatically return to the original position, and the baler frame moves up to carry out the next packing. All in-place detection functions are completed by photoelectric sensing, travel switch and inductive switch.
