Stretch wrapping and strapping machine
This machine is designed for circumferential wrapping (LLDPE stretch film) and cross strapping of entire stacks. All internal packaging processes are performed automatically.
1. Bundle first, then wrap: The forklift first loads the goods onto the turntable of the stretch wrapping machine, then exits the work area. The operator also exits the work area. Press the “Start” button on the remote control to enter automatic operation mode. The wrapping machine first runs at a slow speed (this speed can be adjusted). If four cross-shaped bundles are set, the packaging machine can move forward and backward to complete the packaging. After wrapping, the film wrapping machine performs another side of the wrapping process. After wrapping, the film wrapping machine wraps the film, and upon completion, it automatically resets and cuts the film. The forklift operator unloads the goods.
2. Wrap first, then bundle: The forklift first loads the goods onto the turntable of the wrapping machine, then exits the work area. The operator exits the work area, presses the “Start” button on the remote control to enter automatic operation mode, and starts the wrapping machine. The wrapping machine automatically applies the film and begins rapid operation to wrap the goods. Once wrapping is complete, the film is automatically cut. If set to tie 4 straps, after the packaging machine completes the strapping, the wrapping machine stops in place, automatically cuts the film, and waits for the forklift to remove the goods.
3. Tie only, no wrap: The forklift first loads the goods onto the machine, then exits the work area. The operator presses the “Start” button on the remote control to enter automatic operation mode, and the equipment performs only the strapping action.
4. Only wrapping without bundling: The forklift first loads the goods onto the machine, then exits the work area. The operator also exits the work area. The remote control presses the “Start” button to enter automatic operation mode, activating the wrapping machine. The wrapping machine begins rapid film wrapping. Once wrapping is complete, it automatically cuts the film and waits for the forklift to remove the goods.
